Default NSV - blood labs, 5K
This weekend I ran/walked my first 5K. I hadn't planned to do anything but cheer on my DS. He encouraged me to join him. It was great. He pushed the stroller with his dd, still keeping up with me. She loved it when we would run. We still got in with a personal best for me of 47:41. It was really great to do this together.

When I got home, I rec'd my labs. Woohoo! My cholesterol is now lower than it has EVER been. Total chol of 164. All my bloodwork showed great! I've never had that happen.

Congratulations! Getting my new bloodwork with all the nice numbers has been my best NSV so far! It really makes you know you're doing something good for yourself.
