I can relate. I haven't been in a cold Canadian winter in three years, and I'm freezing. I am just getting over a bad cold because my body is trying to adjust to this cold and damp weather. I feel colder than usual, but I don't know if it is from weight loss.

I have the same problem this time around iam constantly cold even at home . my hand and my feet feel like ice cubes lol
i didnt have this problem before and Iam sure the weightloss is to blame . |
I am freezing all the time too. I never wore a winter coat until the last few years and now I wear it inside my house some days. The good news is I do not get really hot in summer anymore like I used to. Something to look forward to :)

This is the first winter that I had to raise the thermometer and wear sweaters, long johns and even socks to bed!
My dr says visceral fat was causing inflamation of my internal organs and making me feel warm. Now that I have lost some weight, the inflamation is down and I don't have the 'fat fever'. Plus I lost some insulation! |
Yep.... most definitely its a normal thing for people losing or who have lost...

Cold here, too. My dr. called saying my thyroid was way off. I told her I was relieved as I was freezing. She told me that it was too high now, not low. Both the freezing and the too high levels are the result of having lost all this weight. But I do feel better....

Thanks everyone - good to know that I'm not the only one. Guess my attire will need to change a little. I am a person who LOVES being hot - I hang outside when it is 90 degrees and humid. So now I get to be even more pouty this winter!
