I eat between 1000-1200 calories a day, usually closer to the 1000. And I walk/jog on the treadmill. Just recently upped the treadmill from 30 minutes to an hour and I try to do it everyday. I'm not on any pills or crazy diet. I stay away from processed foods. I mainly eat grilled chicken breasts, grilled fish, salad, lots of veggies, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. The occasional red meat, natural peanut butter and rarely some whole grain bread. No rice, potatos or pastas. No sweets. Well, a sugar free jello pudding cup for a treat. I measure all my food and write it down before it goes in my mouth. It was very hard at first, but I'm getting used to eating this way. I had a little problem when I bought some of those 100 calorie snacks...had to throw them away...lol.
