I will stay on plan today because I'm still dealing with pre-TOM water retention, and I want to have a loss to report when it's gone!

Because I am do for a whoosh and want it to be as big as possible!

Because I don't want to let a perfectly on plan day go to waste with careless decisions over food I don't really need.

I will stay on plan today because I have worked TOO hard NOT to stay on plan!

and... because I know if I stop... I'll instantly gain it all back plus more.. and I'm not willing to do that!

I stay on my plan because I have a lot of clothes 1 size smaller that I want to wear in a few months.

I'm staying on plan because I love stepping on the scale after all that hard work and seeing it going down. I'm staying on plan because the happy endorphins from the exercise feels so good.

Going off plan will just make my stresses worse. It's the only stressor I can control and control it I will.

I will stay on plan today because my BMI is super close to going from the 40's to the 30's. Still a long way to go, but that is just awesome to me and I can't wait for it to happen.
