I ran a 4 mile race today and I finished in under 45 minutes. :carrot:

That's fantastic Matt! I aspire to be a runner soon and have told myself that no matter where I am (am up to Week 5 in the C25K now), the first 5K that is in my area in January 2011, I am going to sign up for it.
