Tomorrow is the day.
I have planned out my meals and snacks, already know how many calories I am going to eat. What days and for how long I am going to work out. I prepackaged all my snacks, and my lunch is made for the next two days. I am ready. I read on here that if you fail to plan then you should plan to fail. That will not be me.....I am prepared and totaly pumped and ready to start this life long journey to change my relationship with food. You guys are such an nispiration.

Yes - SO much of it is in the planning. Eating healthy won't happen on it's own. It's got to be thought out in advance. Lots of prep work involved. THIS IS VITAL TO SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS. Much easier to stay on plan when you've got one. Much easier to avoid the *bad* foods if you've got lots of good ones ALWAYS on hand. Much easier to *do this* knowing beforehand where every bite, lick, taste, crumb, morsel and sip is coming from. Much easier to stay on track when it comes meal time and the decision as to what to eat has already been made.
I look forward to hearing of your progress. :) |
Yup, planning is the key, along with its partner, recording.
If you ate something different or more than you'd planned, don't be afraid to record the truth. So much of weight gain is to do with not being honest about what we eat/ate, that writing the truth, even if it's a bit embarrassing! is a great accountability tool! Tell us how your Monday goes! |
Sounds like you are off to a great start! Stick around because I can't wait to see you succeed (oh and this place is AWESOME!)!!
