For those of you who are newish here, we're keeping track of our weight on the first of every month and Dec 31st. At the end of the year, Matt will add up all our weight lost so we can see how much weight 3FC helped us lose this year! Even if you're new, you can start your own post now!

I didn't realize this was here. My start date was April 22, 2010 at 260
November 1st weight: 221.6 Yay!

I was also unaware of this ! Start date April 9th 2010= 298lbs, Nov 1st weigh in 216.5
