Where will you be 6 Months from Now?

Where willl you be 6 Months from Now? I hope to be down 50 LBS. CW: 245.8. April 27th will be my 2 Year Anniversary since joining 3FC's. I'm disappointed I haven't reached my goal weight. But, All I can do is restart and do a better job with planning and exercising. I had gotten down to 207 but since put on some weight. I lost a small amount recently. But I need to want to lose weight more than I want to overeat. How have you overcome the desire to overeat?

hopefully in my new house! with a workout room! in a healthy happy body. able to eat healthy without obsessing about food or over eating. freedom. possibly with a new job....teaching my kids by example.

a whole new life!

I would like to be able to fit into some of the clothes in my closet in 6 months. I was able to wear them 10 months ago. I would like to lose 30lbs in the 6 months. So CW 264 GW 234

I'll be 40-60 lbs lighter, spending a week with some high school friends of mine that I haven't seen in too many years to mention!!

6 months from now I will be halfway (or more) to my goal. Hopefully I'll be somewhere between 200 - 190.

Will have re-lost the 50lbs (and hopefully more) I gained back and taking myself on a nice shopping spree for new spring summer clothes.:carrot:

Eating lots of healthy foods and getting the proper balance of macronutrients has really curbed the urge to overeat. My body feels fueled and energized and is much less demanding.

Six months from now will be about my one year weight loss anniversary and I'm hoping to be somewhere in the 180s. That's so shocking it's hard to even admit. I think the last time I weighed 180-something was maybe in junior high (a long time ago!).

6 months from now:

I want to be about 30-50lbs lighter.

I want to have paid off all of my outstanding debt and maybe even pay off my car.

I want to move back east from California. :)

In 6 months, I should be just past my first goals, and considering going for the big one!

Six months from now I hope to be at or very near my goal weight. Gosh, that would be fabulous. Gotta keep on plugging away...

i overcome overeating by: being accountable counting days i have eaten in my limits. if i binge, i have to start over at 1, and post on this forum about it.

eat healthy foods, lots of veggies.

education: once i learned how much fat/cal/carbs a certain food has it's not so appealing, or not worth it at all.

consistent support on forums and exercise.

paying attention to and telling people about nsv's!

when i'm getting stressed, instead of eating i read/post on these forums.

i hope to be about 30 lbs from my goal weight!

Hmmm 6 months from now, I hope to be down at least 1 more size in clothes and hopefully it will be 2 sizes, and jogging instead of walking for my daily exercise. What an exciting thought!

CourtneyDaisey 10-18-2010 07:51 PM

6 months from now I want to be in Onederland!

RobinD 10-18-2010 07:53 PM

I hope that in 6 months (mid-April) I'll have lost enough weight and feel energetic enough to do the kind of gardening I used to be able to do before I got so damned fat. Of course, I was a bit younger then and my back was in better shape, but still....
