Each time we catch a cold, we don't expect to die of it... and each little goof up in eating doesn't change the fundamentals of how we eat.

Matt, Sorry to hear you had a bad weekend. I know how you feel. I went to a buffet and it wasn't pretty. If I could just remember how miserable I felt, I hope to avoid that feeling for a long time. Good Luck on getting back on plan.
You are an Inspiration to me. You have come so far and are almost to Goal.

Just imagine what you'd say to any one of us Matt! You'd say to pick ourselves up and start again, and to be kind to ourselves right :)

And you're so right - this crazy ride is NEVER over, no matter if you fit into your skinny jeans or wear a bikini it's never going to be 'over'. It's going to be BETTER, manageable even, but not over. The minute we start thinking "hey I've got this thing BEAT" is when danger is lurking!

The therapist in me wants to ask 'what happened to derail you', 'what can you do differently next time', etc. etc. but that's your business to deal with. As long as you are dealing, you are learning and moving forward :)
