  • There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?
  • Because I want to weight less than it shows under my name!
  • Because I already feel so much better.... can I feel even MORE better? Is it possible?
  • Because I need to march into onderland this year!!
  • I will stay on plan today because I just started Metformin to control my recently-diagnosed PCOS and I'm hoping that the combination of hard work via diet and exercise and Metformin will help me finally get out of the 260s!
  • Heh, I feel you Enduring Infinity! I, too, am determined to escape the 260's
  • Because I want to achieve a look and health I have never had before because I want to feel comfortable walking down the street.
  • Because every day I spend on plan is one day it gets easier to stay on plan.
  • Because I'll be moving in about 8 months to a city where I have to walk everywhere - and I don't want to have a beet red face every place I show up ~
  • Because we are worth it. I want to have the energy to enjoy the life I deserve and set an example of vitality for my kids!

Because I don't want to live with the fear that someone is going to die and having to go and try to buy an outfit to wear to the funeral because none of my cloths fit.
  • I will stay on plan today because I really want to get out of the 190s.
