I'm staying on the plan because I want to look down and see my feet - not boobs or stomach!

Because I am down 50 lbs and 50% to my goal weight!!!!
And, because I have my 20 year class reunion in Nov and need to be down another 10-15 for that. |
I will stay on plan today because I really want to reach 257 pounds by the end of December so that I can say that I lost 30 pounds in 2010!

Because I've allowed reaching this mini-goal to be a mental block for me. I need to push past it!
