What's most amazing is you accomplished this weight loss with a three-ring circus going on ... kids, dogs, family needs, dogs, kids, dogs ... It's probably been a lot like trying to live home life normally through an incredible multiyear house renovation.

I'm so proud of you. I hope you feel really good trotting next to your dogs in the show ring. You deserve to. You are doing something remarkable, that so many people talk about & then never manage to even start, let alone follow through.
