How can I reheat mashed taters without making them get all icky? :/

Yup, they zap really well.

Also they fry up really well, especially if you stir in a beaten egg and make them into patties and fry them in bacon fat...... oops, drooling again

I agree that they microwave very well. I also do a lower calorie version of the potato patties. Spray a pan with Pam, heat the pan and drop the patties in.

I do the same as Pam with leftover mashed potatoes. Way yummy too if you add some finely sliced green onion when you throw them in the fridge the night before!

Now I need to make some mashed potatoes so I can have this for breakfast! I love them with an egg fried in Pam - such a filling and satisfying breakfast!!

add a little water or milk when you reheat so they dont dry out!

They heat up well from FRIDGE to microwave. Now if you FREEZE them, they do NOT heat well in the microwave. They get watery.

If you reheat from the freezer, the stovetop (uncovered) is the way to go.
