I would love to join! How often should we check in?
My weight as of today is 234. Goal weight by the end of the challenge 175-184... may as well aim high right?

Well, 3 lbs isn't realistic for EVERY week, but you might lose 2 this week, and 4 next. So stay determined, comitted, and hopeful! It will happen, even if not by New years.
