I went to the gym today for my second lunch hr work out, that alone i'm impressed with myself for . . . but as I was getting ready to leave the change room I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I was proud! I thought Damn, I've really lost a lot of weight and I look pretty darn good right now . . . and this in the ohh so unflattering gym clothing

Was a nice thing to think to myself today and I truly hope that ALL of you have or will soon have that moment that you look at what you've done and think well Damn, I'm proud of myself. :)
