  • Taking a break from it this month - the daily weighing thing was helping me stay on track for a few months, but now it's become too much of an obsession. Trying to stay OFF the scale this month as much as possible!
  • I'm in! I lost 8 pounds in August, and I'd love to do it again in September. That would take me from 221 to 213.

  • Total loss in August was a whopping 0.2 - I have to do better this month! My goal for September is to make it out of the 190s and not see 200 again.. EVER!

    Here is what I did in August: Beginning weight 178.4. Ending weight 171.6, Total loss for AUGUST -6.8lbs

  • Yay! I'm in again. I lost just over 22 lbs in August and was on page 6 of the daily weigh in thread. Glad to be on page 1.

    I want to be in Onederland by the end of September. Secretly hoping to be around the 195 mark.

    2- 208.6 - I didn't expect this. Yay.
    3- 208.6 - Glad I didn't see a gain. I thought yesterday's weigh in was a fluke. I am glad it wasn't.
    4- 207.8 - I was so hungry yesterday, but stuck to it. Down 3 pounds this month.
    5- 208.6 - The gain in my own fault. I am suprised that it isn't much higher. Back on plan today.
    6- 211.8 - I don't know what happened! I was on plan yesterday. Maybe it is from Saturday.

  • I'm almost giddy with excitment for this month!! Ending August at 184, 4 lbs gone this month.
    Going for a tall order this month . . . move from obeese to overweight, to do that I need to go to 174. Eeeesh!!!
