Love - Thank you, I'm happy about the loss..hoping it will stick this time. I got a bit more sleep last night, about 6 hours. I'm going to try to make it earlier tonight, and I'm off work tomorrow, so no need to get up early.

Ona -- The funny thing is I rarely have the same trainer twice, they have about a dozen of them and they keep switching them up on you. I think that's part of what works though, they each have different tortures (exercises) for you. Although they are all easily replicated at home, I have to say I really see the value in having someone standing there counting your reps and pushing you to go further.

Diana - Octomom! That made me snort...lol. Glad you are feeling better.

Welcome back to those returning post-summer!

Jennie still moving down

Hi Penguin

Ona thanks for the positive :. My Mom is coming for the weekend and the kids will have her baking like crazy. I did really good the last time she was here with only one table spoon of banana pudding not that box pudding stuff. I was shocked. She gets whatever they want and bakes and bakes. My goodness this will be torture. OK done with my rant

whew Diana I'm glad they're going down Laughing (not at you)

StarGetsFit

Angie good for you on the rest,

Coondocks - nice loss this morning!!

Shylah - Those are some odd numbers, what are the odds it would happen 3 times in a row! Congrats on the loss, September is the month you are going to leave behind the 250's! And me too!! What's in Alaska?

StarGetsFit - you are having a GREAT start to the month!!

Vixsin - how was your Dr's appointment? .2 isn't too bad considering it's your TOM! Mine jumps a FEW pounds, hate it!

Kukkie - I have been to an Indian wedding - they are AMAZING!! I am impressed you planned something so huge, I might have to contract out when my big day approaches! Sorry to hear about your headache, noooo fun! But what a great WI!

love2B - I'll cross my skinny fingers for you to lose that .4!

stephanie - how's things with your husband's skin cancer? I do take pretty good care of my skin, always wear sun screen, always wear GOOD sunscreen - I work in the cosmetics industry, so it feels like a requirement. Congrats on your 1 pound loss - and 17 pounds total!

Ona - I am liking September so far!

I worked my BUTT off at work today! I was supposed to train someone - which is basically sitting all day. But he was sick, so they had me doing some stuff in different departments. They have things called Paid Ends and I built 5 of them - which I guess is pretty good! Lots of bending, lifting VERY heavy things, squatting, climbing ladders. Phew! I am exhausted. Secretly hoping for another good WI tomorrow because of it! We'll see, my muscles are SO SORE! A little novel from me.. heh.. Good night!

Update: My face seems to have went down some. Could an allergic reaction like that affect your whole body (meaning water weight gain?) I have been 100% on plan with my food and exercise. 100% and not straying at all and I have gained. Of course it feels like I'm swollen all over, fingers, etc.

Calories for the day: 1445

Weigh In: 201.8

Up: .2

YAY!! It's the weekend, and a long weekend at that!!

StarGetsFit - Even so, you are off to a fabulous start!

love2B - my body is sore this morning, Haven't had that from work in a looooong time!

Diana - You'd definitely be retaining water from an allergic reaction, or that makes sense to me from what I've seen. Puffiness is often water pooling in an area. Give yourself a few more days, unfortunately it always takes too long for everything to settle back to normal.

BBL for my own WI...

August -12 pounds
September Goal -10 pounds

Aug 31 - 248.2 Trainer & Cardio (did not sleep well, about 4.5 hrs)
Sep 01 - 248.4
Sep 02 - 247.2 Trainer & Cardio
Sep 04 - 246.0

Down 1.2 today, yay! This day will be a challenge. My friend and I are taking our 5 year old boys to an amusement park (Wonderland) for the day. I'm eating a big on plan breakfast because there is NOTHING there I can snack on. We may leave the park for lunch, which is good news for me since I might be able to find something on plan outside the park. Wish me luck please

Diana -- Yes, it seems reasonable that the reaction might have caused some water retention....you've been on plan so something has got to give. I'll cross my fingers for tomorrow morning for you.

Love -- I'm sending you *stay strong* vibes to help you resist your mother's baking! YOu've done so well this week, stay strong. Cookies and pudding won't taste as good as losing weight makes you feel about yourself. (Did that make any sense??? lol)
