Hello Everybody!
 

Hi, I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. I have 116.8lbs to lose and will hopefully allow myself to do so this time around. I weighed in this morning at a whopping 281.8, getting way too close to 300 a number I never want to see so here I am starting all over again. I look forward to getting to know everybody! Is there a place to keep a journal?

I believe there is a place for keeping a journal, though I'm not sure where. I use the forum itself as my journal.

There are lots of places to keep a journal. This site has blogs you can set up http://www.3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/ and of course there is always google's blog, http://www.blogger.com/

It was only last October that I was staring at having to lose more than 100 pounds and it seemed so daunting and impossible. However I found this site and it helped me tremendously. There are so many resources here to help you find the info you need to help you achieve what seems like the impossible.

I'm so happy you stumbled upon this place! This forum is definitely the place to come for losing some serious amounts of weight. We've all been there and we all know the struggles. The support and motivation is incredible and I learn something new every day.
