It's been a long time since I have posted here. It's been a long time since I've tried losing weight again. I feel like I know a whole lot. Calories in, calories out, exercise, water no sodas, watch sugar and carbs, etc. And I want to lose weight. I want to be healthy. I'm tired of being left out of life because of my weight. But something is keeping me from really committing and doing this. In all honesty, I've never really gave losing weight 100%. I have a treadmill, I have the support of my family, I have lots of exercise dvds, but it's like I'm waiting on something to take that first step, to get going.
Do any of you know what I'm missing? Could it be just simple motivation?
