I'm Misty. I'm 23.
I've tried dieting so many times I can't even keep track.
I tried weight watchers, counting calories, giving up carbs.
End of Jan I gave up my 2 favorite foods for 6 months in order to lose weight for a wedding and it didn't work.
I have a very limited diet (I'd say about 65% due to stubbornness and 35% due to the fact I have IBS and some foods I cannot digest).
I used to just not eat except for maybe once a day and even then it would only be a bite or two of food.
I need help. I can't keep living this way and I'm just so tired of being the girl on the sidelines, the one that makes every laugh and feel better when they're sad, the one who wants to go out on the weekends with friends but has none, the girl who's never been kissed. I read about the 3FC on aol one day and said to myself I wish it could be me to lose weight and inspire others. If anyone as any advice at all I'll take it, whatever I can get. Any ideas on a weight loss plan or exercise routine, I would love.
