My biggest meal of the day is at noon. I eat lighter as the day goes on. And generally, never eat past 6pm. I tend to go to bed early as I am an early riser and I can't sleep on a heavy stomach.

I'm another one who eats a snack sometimes right before bed. I've allotted the calories for it, so it's not an issue.
But initially, to get a grip on the night time munchies, I DID set a kitchen closed time. I HAD to break the habit of constant mindless eating at night (not to mention other times of day ;) ), and making a STRICT, NO MATTER WHAT kitchen closed time did the trick. |
I eat my larger meal at lunch time, have a light dinner and finally learned to quit eating after dinner. I caught on that the hunger pains go away if you ignore them. What a revelation LOL. I would say our kitchen is closed by 6:30 pm.
