AUGUST - one reason you will stay on your plan today...
 

There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?

Because I'm worth it! :)

Because nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels. ;) and I have ambitions && Most of all Im worth it.

Because I want to feel better, and enjoy life!

Because I am never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to be 294 pounds again. EVER!

Because I need to repair the damage from last week's holiday :(

What they said. :-) Plus, it's just good food; love me some summer veggies!!

Because I control my body an my life... I'm DONE letting it control me!

Because I just got my 80-lb chickie! It feels good to be closer to normal sizes.

Because I binged for the first time in a while yesterday and it felt horrible. Staying on plan feels good.

because the 220s are calling my name!

Because there's NO food worth being fat for.

Because I got SO close to getter back down to the weight on my ticker and then messed it up this weekend. I'm ready to push through these 230s.

I will stay on plan today because I've committed to aim for a 10lb loss this month. And I will stay on plan no matter what the scales say this morning ~ I'm retaining a lot of water today, so they're bound to be way up.!

Because I saw a nice drop on the scale this morning and want to keep it going til I get back to where I was before my holiday.
