New here...kinda, sorta!
 
So I haven't visited these forums for over a year now..... way back when I was on here I needed to lose over 100 lbs. I was able to lose around 45-50 but then I stopped watching what I ate.

So now I'm back :D

Currently I weigh in at 215 lbs...with a goal of getting to 160 by end of this year.

Just wanted to reintroduce myself and get to know everyone!!



(could someone remind me how to get a signature/ticker thing on here!?)

I think I've got my diet plan set. I've been looking through different "tracking" sites and I've decided on the LiveStrong site. Now I just need to figure out how I can get myself doing some exercise!! What kind of exercising do you guys suggest for someone who hates doing it and has very little time in the day to fit it in!?

I welcome your suggestions and appreciate your feedback!

Find something fun! Even if you are cranking up the radio/ipod and just dancing around the house, it's something to get you moving :D I'm busy, myself (3 kids, work at home, DH travels so I do everything myself, lots of community involvement, etc) but I do make myself a priority.

I think right now is the longest I've been consistently here. I go way back on this site, followed by years of absence. As long as I remain here and keep reading a posting, it will keep me on target.

Tanee - Thanks for your advice! I have to remember any kind of movement counts...and not just the ones that "feel" like exercise!! Guess maybe I could un-train my hubby to do the dishes, and do some dancing while I clean! :dance:
