Today was another hot & HUMID day here. Got in a walk this morning for 50 minutes & 3.5 miles. Food was okay today - not great, but within my calories. I "closed" the kitchen a few minutes ago after being tempted to eat a late night snack. Not going to happen!
My daughter is feeling much better, and just when she got over her bug, my son started running a fever. It never ends, does it?
