Changes - Photos of Close to 100 Pounds Lost
 

Putting up new photos on facebook always forces me to look at the actual difference in my appearance.

Today I weighed in at 190.2, just a pound shy of a hundred pound loss, and there's no more denying that I look pretty different.

The first photo is around 289, the second back in March at around 230, and the last two from last week in the low 190s.

What an extraordinary difference. This is amazing - I hope you are proud of yourself. :)
