I'm officially into the 230s now, down to 235. I know it's mostly water weight due to shedding of monthly cycle retained water and less takeout=less sodium=less water weight. But I'm down 5 pounds, so that's a nice boost to keep up with things!
Next minigoal is 230. I know it's healthier to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week. That's my usual pace once I get the cutting down on sodium jumpstart.
