First of all, I woke up a couple hours earlier than normal to workout because my bf's son is suppose to stay the night tonight but then I spent the first hour trying to make excuses to not work out but then my inner skinny chic won that battle so workouts are getting done.
Secondly, when I started my journey there was no way, once I was in a sitting split position that I could ever get my head to touch my knee and especially not the floor during stretches but I am can touch my knee and I am just inches from being able to do the same on the floor
