I've been a bit disappointed with my weight loss lately, I've gone off plan for about 4-5 days in the month of June and by the end of June, I've put on some
weight. :mad: But today my aunt told me that I look a lot smaller from the last time she saw me, which was last month. So I am no longer hating myself and now I am ecstatic! The smallest shirt I own is now baggy, I guess I shouldn't put too much thought on the scale anymore, it could be broken =X

It's so nice that your Aunt noticed the change. That feels good.

If you haven't already - hop right back on your plan and move forward. If it isn't showing up at the scale as fast as you wish - remember you are 'practicing' healthy eating for the rest of your life.

Congratulations! Just keep going...persistence does eventually pay off. We all have our little slow downs and days where we don't do as well, but staying consistent is how we win this race in the long run!
