NSV - but weird...
 

So, I have only lost .8 since I last tried on this pair of jeans last week....last week they could not button or zip unless I wanted to REALLY force it and not be able to get off the bed. This week they buttoned and zip wih relative ease, although with major muffin top. Plus it is TOM right now.....I don't even know why I bothered to try them on but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't get it - but I'll take it!!!!

Congrats! It's not weird at all. It means you lost a pound or two of fat and are retaining an extra almost pound or two of water. The water is being held in different places than the fat was.

If you lose two pounds tomorrow morning, it doesn't mean you were running a marathon in your sleep, it just means your body let go of the water.

This happens to me all the time now! It's why I've finally come to be at peace with the scale! I tend to hang on to weight like crazy these days, but drop dress sizes with sometimes a one pound loss. The scale may not move week to week, but my clothes fit better every time I put them on. It's amazing!

Down with the scale! ;)

I'm the same way, a pair of pants won't fit, then they do all of a sudden. One day apart. It's so odd, but I'm not complaining.
