Day 2 - New challenge Tuesday
Thought Id start this today as it's Wednesday here already in Australia and wanted to log yesterday so I keep track :)
Food 2 water 0 exersize 90 mins walking |
Food: 0 (still doing well, but I'm not really hungry and I'm eating tortilla chips...)
Water: 1 Exercise: 21 minutes of walking (with daughter :D ) |
food: 2 I have banked points too.... that hasn't happened for a while
exercise: will total at the end of the week - today I walked water: 1 subtotal- 4 points to date :) |

Okay,
Is this where I report about yesterday? Food - On Target = Total 2 Points? Exercise - On Target/Walked...yesterday did strength training. Water - On Target = Total 2 Points? Am I missing something? |
food can i get half credit I did great till dinner was on the run then it was mcd's but before and after was great!!!
fluid was 1 and exercise will be counted later (which i did) |
