50 Pounds down! Finally! with pics
 

I just wanted you all to share in my celebration as today my scale finally budged down to 224 - 50 pounds from where I started. I am halfway to my goal of losing 100 pounds! :carrot: :broc: :carrot: :broc:

And 3FC has been a large part of that. You may not even realize it, but by posting all of your struggles and successes you are helping others who may be reading and having struggles of their own.

I am not on the fast track by any means. It has taken me nearly a year to get to where I am. But on the other hand, this is not a race. I will get there in my own time.

I feel so much better than I did a year ago. I can hardly wait to see how good I feel a year from now, hopefully at or near my goal.

So this is a picture of me last June. If anyone is a Monet fan, you will recognize the background. It was taken in Giverny, France.

That's so great! I must say, I thought your ticker hadn't been updated when I looked at the weight because the number certainly doesn't match your appearance. Keep up the great job!

Judy, You are doing so great and look great too! I identify with the slower weight loss. Not that I chose for my loss to be slow but it just ended up that way. I am so glad that you are feeling better. We don't have to get to goal to reap the rewards of losing weight. If I don't lose another pound, my life is greatly enriched. Thanks for posting your picture.
