I think it shows a big difference, especially in the midsection I could really tell. Don't feel bad about people noticing (or not), I have lost 50 freaking pounds and no one has said a thing....of course I still have a ways to go yet.

What is your exercise routine, because you MUST be working out. You are a poster child for what we all say about exercise...that it just doesn't show up on the scale.

To me, there's a huge difference in the waist between pic 1 and pic 2 and a huge difference in both waist and chest between pic 2 and pic 3. Is that how you feel you lost it?

I actually think it looks like more than a 22 lb loss. I especially notice it on your chest and shoulder area but your waist looks a lot small also.

Mary, I can definitely see a difference! I agree that it looks like you have lost more. Maybe it is because your t-shirt is more fitted? Either way you look great! I didn't really get any comments on my weight loss until about 40 lbs down and then they would not stop. Comments and compliments have died down in recent months, which is what I prefer.

Awww! Don't you just love your teenager? He sounds like he is a sweetheart. My DS15 is one of my biggest supporters too. Lately his favorite "trick" is to pick me up and carry me across the room! My son is now a couple of inches taller and about 10lbs heavier than me. I recently inherited his hand me down t-shirts. :)
