Birthday Cake!
 

Today (June 10th) is my 39th birthday and for the first time ever I will be having some ice cream cake!! Not right this minute but at some point before my birthday has ended :D. My favorite candy bar of all time is Snickers so my bf picked me up a Snickers ice cream cake yesterday and though I have been tempted, I have not even open the box to even get a glimpse of it which in itself is a sorta NSV for me :D. I will have some later today (once I sleep and all :D) and I won't feel guilty. 1/10 of the cake is a serving and it is 240 calories, I will simply plan it into my calories for the day and go about the day. I am also not gonna skip my workouts where in the past, I would have so..another NSV :D

And happy birthday! I've got my 31 coming up on the 18th . . not nearly as freaked out as I thought i would be, then again I've never been this healthy on one of my birthdays either :p

Happy Birthday! Just make sure to share that cake with as many people as you can! I had a "big" birthday in March and there was entirely too much cake left. Guess who ate a lot of the leftover cake? Moi of course --- and paid in a few extra few pounds. Don't do it!! You have done so great!
