Default Trying something new.

I live in Tampa, FL. where the tropical heat seems to get stronger each year. I think my aging has something to do with that perception . This year in spite of the weight loss, and my doctor removing one of my obesity meds., I am still head-swimmy in the heat.

This morning I put a cup of frozen broccoli in a small sandwich bag and am nibbling as I type. It is cold and crunchy and has all the good veggies things going for it. This might be an answer for me.

Hope that this helps someone else

Anyone try frozen banana chips? I've heard of them doing bananas... just wondering if they were any yummy.

I love frozen peas and frozen corn. On the sweet side, frozen mango and frozen dark cherries are also big winners for me.

If you mean just regular bananas sliced and frozen--yes, they are DELICIOUS! Very creamy, almost like ice cream, or at least you can pretend.

I'm in Tampa right now too and the weather IS unbearable right now. It's so humid and hot. It's my first year moving here so I understand exactly how you feel. great job finding innovative ways to cope with the weather

I'm another fan of frozen grapes and cherries. You might also like yogurt that's been in the freezer for a while. It's like eating an ice cream.

I think maybe you need to dip the nanners in lemon juice first though I have never done it so I could be wrong
