Yessss!!!! I finally did it!!!
 

It has been quite awhile since I have posted here, but I haven't stopped my efforts to get to goal. One milestone I just passed was losing my 100th pound!! :carrot::carrot:

Now on to my goal of 150!! I can feel it now!! :carrot:

Just had to share and to encourage everyone DON'T GIVE UP!!! It has taken me awhile, and my journey has had some detours, but if you keep on keeping on, you will get there!!

Thanks for letting me share my milestone with you. Here's hoping you all have a successful "on-plan" day!

Thank you ALL for your support and "pats on the back." I have told so many people that my hat is off to ANYONE losing weight because it IS hard work! But, it is rewarding when you stick with it. So....my hat is off to all of you! I haven't forgotten (nor will I ever) how difficult the journey is. BUT, I do know now that the reward of getting it off is greater than the struggle and hard work to lose it. So, take heart! We will all be to goal some day if we just stick with it. Again, thank you all. I do miss posting here on a regular basis like I used to, but I knew exactly where I wanted to go (here) when I crossed the threshold of 100 lbs lost. You all are the best!

congrats that is amazing! When I get to my main goal weight that is how much I will have lost. I just can't imagine it right now. But to see some one who has is just awesome!

That's amazing!! This goes proves what patience and perseverance can do a for a person! 100 pounds?! It doesn't matter how long it took, those pounds are GONE!
