This past holiday weekend, we went to visit DH's family. It was really reaffirming for me and my weight loss goals! I did okay staying on my plan, though not as well as I had hoped. But the best thing is, all the family we haven't really seen for 5-6 months were astonished by my weight loss. Lots of comments about how I am shrinking, looking good, looking healthy, etc.
It really made me feel like I *can* do this! Even with a lot more to go, it just made me feel like I have some so far, I just have to keep going
Had a very re-affirming weekend!
