Today I am grateful that/for:

- Get to spend time with my granddaughter this weekend
- I am tolerating the heat so much better this year than previous summers.
- That my college is not getting hurt too terribly bad by the budget crisis. It could be worse.
- I can move my shoulder even though it hurts.

- I have only one more pound to lose in order to hit the 100 pounds lost mark. When I first started this weight loss journey, I only hoped to lose about 20 pounds because that was all that seemed possible to me. After I lost that 20, I just kept on going. I am very grateful to the Lord who gives me strength.

- Grateful that I have been able to learn from Matthew 6 "I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food,.............Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself." I only have to be concerned about today.

- I can afford to buy the tools that help me on this journey.

- All my children and grandchildren are healthy and happy.
