Well, second day back on plan. Blew it a little this weekend....but just like that old saying if you fall of a horse, get back on, I'm doing it again!!!

Bunti, I blew it this weekend, too! Back on today, doing okay so far. I really want to ditch these 250s, and then I do the whole cycle of getting so close, then getting off track, then beating myself up about it. Ugh!

Good for you, I am struggling with my nighttime munchies. On the plus side, I am walking, doing positive stuff, doing my darndest to eat smart and clean, but oh those evenings.

I am almost out of the 240s. I saw 244.4 on the scale today, but I won't count it as my offical low unless I have seen it 3 times (daily weigher).

I have been trying to burn 800-1000 calories at least 5 days a week. So far I have lost close to 5 pounds this week. I had to take 2 days off last week because my legs were sore. But I figured out why and now I can go pretty much every day. My goal was to see 239 by June 30 but I think I can make that goal a little lower.

And I started the C25K. Woo!!

I was at the high end of the 240s yesterday at 248 and this morning I weighed in at 246! Getting *so* close to the midway point and I am excited to get back down to the 230s! When we get down there, we should have a 230s thread because I don't see one around here to help push us into the 220s

YAY!!! 244.0 this morning!!!! I don't change my ticker or update my weight except on Mondays, my official weigh-in day. But I'm getting so close!!!

Hey there! I'm glad I found you guys! I'm ready to throw my scale out the window. I can't get it to budge off of 258.7. It's driving me crazy. I hope to learn lots from you all!
