Out of the 300's!
I read the board a couple times a day, don't post a lot though. But, just reading is a big support and inspiration for me. Wanted to share that I've lost 40 pounds in about 8 weeks! It keeps me on track to come here and read...I'll try to participate more, just so busy with caring for rescue dogs and my granny. Exercise takes up a good part of my day and meal planning, too. I write everything down in a journal. I haven't messed up once since starting 2 months ago! I'm going to do it this time and keep the weight off! So nice to come here and feel I'm not alone.

that's such a great accomplishment!! you know, seeing 299 on the scale for the first time in ages for me was even MORE thrilling than seeing 199 for some reason!!! i'd had more time to think about it iguess lol, but getting into a different century is aWESOME!!!!!
