WTG - it's amazing what you can accomplish if you put your mind to it! When you see the biggest losers run a marathon at their weights it should give everyone inspiration!

You are too funny!

But how do I run 4 days a week? I don't alternate days. Alternating is a nice idea, but I usually can't get in a run on my work days, so I usually run on the days I don't work-- that's 4 days. For example, I ran Mon-Tues-Weds this week. I have my personal trainer tonight, so I'll skip, tomorrow, work, so I'll skip, Saturday, I'll run, Sunday, work, so I'll skip.

I could NOT do that. :dizzy: LOL! My friend is ok with that...my husband schedules like that...I can NOT. It would so mess with my brain! :dizzy:

In the spirit of accountibility, I didn't start the C25K two days ago like I posted I would. It was raining and I wimped out, then last night I worked late and was lazy. LOL This is the closest I've gotten to exercising in years, do I get credit for good intentions??

Definitely thinking of starting soon! I am so impressed with you gals who have done it!

I've started and re-started C25K several times and gotten up to W7D1. It's a great program but then I think it gets hard and then I get bored and discouraged and then running begins to feel monotonous. I'm going to at some point re-start the program because it IS great.

At my most diligent, I went to the gym 6 times a week and did C25K every other day. I would still go to the gym but I'd do other things. In fact, maybe I'll re-start C25K this weekend... I'm remembering what a great workout it is.

I started today! I even started earlier than I planned... I am sore, but I also worked 9 hours today. I got new runners but it was raining out tonight so I didn't want to wear them out in the rain.. can't wait to wear them though! My feet are sore!

How's everyone else doing with this? I wonder if I'll be able to move on from week 1... it was hard today...
