I use an old fashion doctors scale with sliding block made by detco. Its costly, but last a lifetime!

Mine's like Liliann's....only I think it's Health-O-Meter. Have had it forever!

I have a digital Sunbeam scale. Have had it a couple of years. I got it at Target I think.

i have a health-o-meter scale from wal-mart or target or something like that

I have a Taylor digital. I paid around $50 for it. I have heard HORRIBLE reviews BUT it gives ME the same number every single time I step on it and I NEVER have to guess. that works for me.

I had a Taylor scale I got from Target, I had big issues with it though, it would consistently give me the same number until I replaced the battery and suddenly I lost 15 pounds! I now use my Wii. I could live without the little voice telling me I'm obese, I normally mute the TV,

I have a weight watchers scale by Conair I bought a couple years ago at Target. I paid $12 for it, but it was 75% off $50. I like it, it has worked for two years, and I have dropped countless things on it ( such as shampoo bottles), so it is durable as well.

I also have a Taylor digital, mine is a Biggest Loser one but I don't think that matters. I got mine at Kohls - they have sales ALL the time. I think it was marked around $50, on sale for something like $35 but I got it for free because I had Kohls Cash from a prior purchase.

I love that it's super consistent. I had an old Healthometer digital that would never give me the same number twice. This one gives me the same number each time I weigh even if I get off and re-set it multiples (which I don't do now, but when I first got it, I was so used to doing that from my old scale)

A Tanita that was around $50 or $60 and is now almost 10 yrs old.

More recently the Wii Fit Plus too.

I have a Tanita scale upstairs and Taylor scale downstairs.

The Tanita always says I am about 4 pounds heavier than the Taylor.

I don't know which weight to go by. Does anyone know how to tell if your scale is working properly?

I have a health-o-meter from wal-mart

I just bought a Tanita scale at Bed Bath and Beyond last night. I did some research online and the Tanita brand consistently got the best reviews so I thought I would splurge as online it said it was $99. When I got to the store it was marked down to $50 and I had a 20% off coupon so it ended up $40 which I think was a great deal. The one I got is called a Inner Scan and it does the body fat percentage, water percentage and bone mass readings as well as weight. So far I love it. It consistently gives me the same reading even if I step back off and on 4 times. I took my old Taylor scale to work because there are a few people in the office that are using that scale to do a work challenge.

I'm using a Taylor digital which I got brand new in the box from our local goodwill. The batteries that came with it hadn't even been taken out of the shrink wrap!

They sell it at Target, and although it hasn't gotten very good reviews, I've gotten very consistant readings from it everyday for the last three weeks. (I even tested it a couple of times holding my daughters, since I know how much they weigh.)

I paid $10 from Goodwill, but they sell it at Target for $30.

I have a healthometer from wal-mart for about 20. The BF% is way off, but the weight has always been accurate for me.

Sockerton - weigh something that you have a known weight for - your weights, a bag of rice, cat food etc. Use the scale that gets it right.
