A few NSVs
 

Hi -

I'm happy to sad that I've had a few NSV (and least I think that these count) in the past few days.

1 - a coworker said last Friday "it looks like you've lost weight". Yipee! That was the first person to notice!

2 - I tried my first yoga class yesterday. I'm not really sure if I like it or not. I'm going to go back 2 more times before I decide.

3 - My mom said today she thought that I had lost some weight when she saw me on Sunday.

4 - My hubby said he could tell I had lost some weight. He was smart enough not to try and guess how much - but usually he doesn't notice things until they hit him on the head.

I'm so happy. It's finally noticeable! The scale hasn't really moved that much, but I think I'm building some muscle and losing some inches. Woohoo.
