Earlier today I was able to pull down my size 14 jeans without unbuttoning/unzipping them. They feel noticeably baggy today.

That's awesome! Unfortunately when my husband talks about how much he loves the curve of my hips, he's pointing up quite a ways higher than my actual hips. :dizzy:

Another kind of NSV! I've learned a lot of stuff on my health-weight journey. Some of that stuff relates to sleep, because sleep is SO INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT to both health and proper weight. A coworker was just complaining to me about not being able to sleep, and I was able to give her two solid pieces of advice on what to possibly do about it (eliminate caffeine completely, and try melatonin) and she was really pleased to hear that there might be something she could do to fix her problem. And I am so pleased that maybe I helped her!

My waist is 36 inches, down 15 inches from my starting 51 inches. One of my big goals is to get my waist down to 35 inches because I kept hearing that a woman's waist should not be more than 35 inches. So I am just one inch from that goal!

Of course, I have since learned that the best waist size is half of your height. With that formula, I need to get my waist size to 31 inches. Oh well....... After I get my 35 inch waist, I will work on the 31 inch one. :)

I'm finally wearing size 18 shirts! And wow, it's been so long since I had clothes that actually fit me. They make a big difference. It was hard to wrangle myself into looking at the regular sized section, had to keep reminding myself that no one was going to pop out from behind a rack and shout "Hey, you shouldn't be here!"

Ive made two laps around my trailer park, walked to two different stores, and made a small extra walk to return someones pet turtle who was missing for three weeks!! ( I think I made a new friend maybe I can talk her into walking with me soon) I did all this without being over come by terribly itchy legs and excruciating back pain! Hurray for me!
