Hi, everyone :)

My name is Kayla & I'm looking for a place to find & give support & encouragement as I start my weight loss journey. I posted in this forum years ago (7-8 years!) & it helped me achieve a 100 pound weight loss (I went from 313 to 212). Two kids later & about a 40 pound regain, I'm tired of yo-yoing up & down & ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle & shed this weight once & for all. I'm at 250 now & although I don't have quite a 100 pounds to get to goal (about 75 pounds), I've been doing some thinking over the past month or so & realized that the only time I've been truly successful with living healthy & losing weight was when I was actively posting with other people who were experiencing the same struggles as I am.

So! Here I am again! Hope to get to know you all better :)
