So, I can't call this an NSV because it involves the scale. Anyway, in my bootcamp class, we have a 12 week body fat loss challenge. This week is the half way mark. So, in the last 6 weeks, I have lost 13 pounds. And this is the best part, I have lost 1.4% fat in those same 6 weeks. I am so excited about this, I can't even tell you all how excited I am.

Now, this can be an NSV. I went into work tonight to look at my schedule, and one of the girls I work with stopped and said, "You look really good You look like you've lost alot of weight." !!!!:carrot:

I felt awesome after that. I feel alot better after losing the weight, but its nice when someone else notices too. I just had to share.

Thirteen pounds in six weeks is awesome! Way to go! Isn't it nice to have your efforts noticed? Congrats!
