Stupid Newbie Question
 

Some of your signatures scare me a bit! I know the numbers & letters all mean something, but I'm not sure what.

Can someone explain it to me? Thank you!

Numbers are usually

Start weight/current weight/goal weight

sw=start weight
cw=current weight
wwsw= "Weight Watchers starting weight" - there are other "versions" of this as well...
gw=goal weight

BTW- there is NO SUCH THING As a stupid question!
