FINALLY...........I did it!..........
YEAH! I am finally down 10 lbs! :flow1:
Since starting on March 1st. It sure seems like it has taken me a long time to loose 10 lbs, but hey - it's better than GAINING 10, which I am sure I would have done. I have to say I have lost SEVERAL inches, espcially in my mid-section - which is where I carry all of this weight. PLUS - things like my wedding ring is looser, watch is looser, my bra's are a big baggy, etc... I can zip up my jeans (that I was fixin' to bust out of before March 1st) and button them AND fold them over - LOL :flow1: Soooooo, I am happy with my progress and I am sure the pounds will come off as long as I keep doing what I am doing. Oh and I joined a gym and that is AWESOME (never thought I would say that in a zillion years). Thanks for letting me share and ramble and OF COURSE thanks for all of the amazing support - ya'll REALLY ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!! |
What a great reminder, which I need DAILY, that the scale is not an accurate measure of what we do. Your ten pounds lost is HUGE given the way you describe your pants. Very cool!

YAY! congrats *does happy dance all over the place for you* WOOO Its all about the inches!!!!! and woooot wooot about the gym... YAY!!!... this is how a cheerleader must feel HA lol Keep at it!!!!! yay!

Congratulations! Just think, if 10 pounds makes such a difference then losing another 10 will really change you! This is a wonderful journey!

And thanks for the reminder - I want to take measurements so that I can use those as comparisons too rather than JUST the scale. |

Looks like you have a lot to be thankful for, and the hard work & determination to make it happen. Keep it up, you are doing great!!! Gotta love when clothes and stuff fit better or become too BIG all together! :)
