Ok, so I had a meeting downtown after school. I was so hungry when I got out, BUT I didn't go through a drive through! (+) I came home and cooked my fish and baked my sweet potatoes fries saying to self, "Self, you WILL go to the Y after dinner. I usually go straight from work but knew I would never make it because I was already feeling shaky.
I live in a small town outside of the town with the Y so it is a good 20 minute drive. I ate my dinner and am waiting for the after work 5 o'clock crowd to thin out. HOWEVER: I feel it, the excuses are coming. "But I will miss biggest loser tonight" " I could just walk around the block" " I will miss NCIS" (sensing a pattern, need to get rid of tv!) "It is such a long drive, and gas is going up!"

I NEED to go, no way does walking around the block compare to 30 on the treadmill followed by 30 on the elliptical.... and Biggest loser should be playing at the gym, right? IF I am lucky NCIS might be on the screen next to it!.....
