So fo rthe last year one healthy thing I have been able to keep up religiously is that i eat breakfast now. And I almost ALWAYS have instant oatmeal. Apple flav with an apple diced up in it. I get the reduced sugar Quaker ones. I am trying to step things up the last month so I heard that sometimes the instant stuff wasn't great for you and that the reg cook on stove stuff is healthier. So I tried it.
Um...not so tasty. Kinda bleck. Maybe I need to add some cinnamon. Just the apples arent cutting it. Back to the drawing board
