Commitment to get to goal!
After maintaining (successfully, might I add :D) for the past 6-7 months, I have finally decided to recommit myself to getting to goal! I began this recommitment on March 15th, 2010.
My plan really hasn't changed much from how I have already lost 155 pounds. I will be counting calories (my daily goal is 1400-1600), which I will track at sparkpeople.com. My fitness goal is 30 minutes HIIT @ 5 days a week. And because the scale and I have a love/hate relationship, I won't be weighing at all until May 1,2010. I also ordered a new digital food scale which should arrive tomorrow :D I am excited to renew my determination because I know I CAN and WILL get to goal! (My goal is 125lbs :D) |
